Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lessontic.com and the Lessontic service (the “Service”) provided by ROKONTECH LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lessontic generates short, image-based lessons from topics you submit, using third-party AI models. Generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is provided for general educational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and renewals

• The free plan allows a limited number of lessons and images. The paid plan (“Lessontic Pro”, $9.99/month) provides higher limits and additional features, as described on our billing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

4. Refunds and chargebacks

Because the Service incurs real, immediate computing costs to generate your content, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The Service is delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon use. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at support@rokon.tech and we will work with you in good faith. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for content you generated and services you used may result in suspension of your account. We keep records (including IP address, timestamps, generated content, and purchase history) and may submit them as evidence in response to disputes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or create multiple accounts to abuse free usage;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its providers;
• Submit content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Content and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party AI provider terms, you may use the lessons and images generated for you for your personal or internal purposes. You are responsible for how you use generated content. The Lessontic name, software, and design remain our property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROKONTECH LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will revise the “Last updated” date above.
